Designed for demanding mobile hydraulic applications, the 420 Mobile Piston Pump, 3.80 cu in/rev, 2-Bolt SAE BB Mounting Flange, 15T Splined Shaft, Pressure Compensated Load Sense is an open-circuit axial piston pump built to handle high-cycle workloads across a broad range of equipment types. Typical platforms include loader backhoes, agriculture tractors, crawler dozers, mini excavators, concrete and asphalt pavers, and container handling machinery.

Rated at 4,060 psi maximum operating pressure with a flow rate of 29.6 GPM, this pump mounts via a 2-bolt SAE BB flange and accepts a 15-tooth splined shaft input. The pressure compensated load sense control helps match pump output to system demand, supporting efficient power use across variable load conditions.

Key construction features include a saddle-type swashplate with steel-backed polymer bearings, pressure lubrication to reduce wear, and a bimetal timing plate that improves pump filling characteristics and reduces fluid-borne noise. A single control piston limits forces acting on the swashplate while keeping the overall package compact. Recommended fluid cleanliness is ISO 4406 level 21/18/13 or cleaner.

pump's rated at 4060 psi max, that hold up running load sense controls on something like a crawler dozer or articulated hauler all day, or is that more of a peak figure?
