Running a crawler dozer and need a pump that keeps up when the hydraulics are working hard, this the right fit for that kind of setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 1, 2025, 11:41 AM
Crawler dozers are actually one of the listed applications for this pump, so yeah, it lines up well for that use case. The X20 420 Series is built around fast response and recovery times, which matters a lot when you're pushing load and the system needs to stay reactive. The 80 cc displacement gives you solid flow capacity, and the high pressure rating means it's not going to fall behind when the work gets heavy. For a dozer running demanding hydraulic cycles, this is a well-matched unit.
