got a truck with air brakes. is this tubing meant for that kind of setup or more for random air lines?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 3, 2026, 6:45 AM
For truck and trailer air brake systems, this tubing is a fit, and it also covers auxiliary air systems. It is commonly used in formed tubes and in both formed and straight air brake harness assemblies.
Question by: Troy J on Mar 1, 2026, 1:00 PM
What size is this air brake tubing? Just want to make sure I'm getting the right one.
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 3, 2026, 12:21 PM
It's the 1/8 inch size, also known as dash size -2.
Question by: Roger S on Apr 2, 2025, 9:15 PM
does this tubing hold up in cold weather or does it get stiff and crack on ya?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 4, 2025, 10:51 AM
Rated down to negative 40 degrees, so cold snaps that would make lesser tubing brittle won't phase this one. The polyamide construction handles low temps without losing flexibility, which matters a lot when you're dealing with air brake systems that need to stay responsive no matter what the thermometer says.
