got a tight spot to route this line, how tight can i bend that 5/32 red air brake tubing without kinkin it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 15, 2025, 7:42 AM
With a minimum bend radius of 0.5 inches, it is meant to handle fairly tight routing for its size. Staying at or above that 0.5 inch bend radius helps keep the tube from kinking and keeps the airflow path consistent.

this tubing rated for cold weather use? running lines on equipment that sits outside all winter and need something that won't get brittle on me
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 20, 2025, 6:26 AM
Rated down to -40 degrees, so freezing temps won't be a problem. The Nylon 12 construction holds up in sustained cold without cracking or stiffening the way cheaper tubing tends to. Whether it's sitting idle overnight or running through a hard winter morning, that lower temperature threshold gives you solid coverage for most outdoor equipment scenarios.
Question by: Travis T on Aug 25, 2025, 7:09 PM
What size is this tubing, exactly? Just want to make sure it'll fit my air brake system.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 27, 2025, 6:05 AM
It's a 5/32 OD (outer diameter) tubing, designed to fit standard air brake systems requiring that size.
