With a 1/4 in. OD (Dash -5) and a minimum bend radius of 1.13 in., it suits both formed tube assemblies and straight air brake harness configurations. The UV-stabilized black cover and proprietary blended nylon construction provide durability in harsh outdoor environments, while the lightweight profile supports handling flexibility during installation.

Rated for use down to -40°F, the tubing is suited for auxiliary air systems alongside primary brake circuit applications. Polyamide reinforcement and tube material contribute to consistent performance across temperature extremes common in heavy vehicle service. got a trailer air brake harness i’m redoing, is this the kind of tubing folks use for straight runs and formed sections?

What's the smallest I can bend this tubing without kinking it?
