Question by: Brett T on Jun 16, 2025, 6:43 AM
does this tubing hold up in real cold weather? we run trucks year round and cant afford line failures when its freezing out
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 17, 2025, 5:40 PM
Rated down to -40 degrees, so cold snaps that would crack lesser tubing are not going to be an issue here. The polyamide alloy construction keeps it flexible even at those low temps, which matters a lot when you're dealing with air brake systems that need to move and bend without getting stiff or brittle.
Question by: Brent P on Jul 20, 2025, 11:46 AM
Can I use this Solstice tubing for the air brakes on my trailer?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 22, 2025, 8:53 AM
Absolutely, this tubing is designed specifically for truck and trailer air brake systems, as well as auxiliary air systems.
