Description & Features

Eaton Aeroquip Synflex airbrake hose features a polyamide alloy tube and a UV-stabilized cover material for durability in demanding environments. The 4247 Solstice hose is constructed to be non-conductive, with premium abrasion resistance to maximize service life. This red, extruded hose is lightweight to improve flexibility.

This hose meets SAE J844, SAE J1131, and SAE J2494-3 certifications, and complies with DOT FMVSS 106 standards. It is suitable for use with QCAB and Push to Connect qualified hose fittings and has a minimum bend radius of 1 inch. The minimum working temperature is -40 degrees.

got a 1/4 air brake line i’m replacing. is this the red solstice stuff the same size, like dash 4?

For sizing, this one is a -4 dash airbrake hose and it’s listed at 0.25 inch product width, so it lines up with a 1/4 inch air brake line replacement in that dash size.
