Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems, this 1/4-inch blue nylon hose is built from a proprietary polyamide alloy that holds up under harsh operating conditions while keeping weight low to maintain flexibility across the assembly. The extruded construction uses no reinforcement layer, relying instead on the tube material itself to deliver consistent performance.

The Aeroquip Solstice 1/4 Blue 100 carries certifications to SAE J2494-3, SAE J844, and SAE J1131, and meets DOT FMVSS 106 compliance requirements, making it a compliant choice for air brake harness assemblies, both formed and straight. A UV-stabilized cover adds durability in exposed installations, and the non-conductive construction suits applications where electrical isolation is required. Minimum bend radius is 1 inch, and the hose is rated down to -40°F for cold-weather service. Compatible fittings are identified under the QCAB qualified fitting series.

Reckon this hose will hold up alright in a truck's air brake system?
