Designed for truck and trailer air brake systems, this brown, extruded polyamide alloy tubing handles demanding under-vehicle environments where durability and flexibility are both critical. The Aeroquip Airbrake Tubing carries a -4 dash size with a 1-inch minimum bend radius, making it well suited for formed tube assemblies and straight or formed air brake harness configurations, including auxiliary air systems.

Constructed from high-quality proprietary blended nylon materials with a UV-stabilized cover, the tubing offers premium abrasion resistance and maintains performance at temperatures as low as -40°F. Its lightweight, non-conductive construction supports hose flexibility without sacrificing durability under harsh operating conditions. Manufactured under the Synflex sub-brand, the tubing meets SAE J2494-3, SAE J1131, and SAE J844 certifications and complies with DOT FMVSS 106.
