We run a vane pump on our die casting line and it's been giving us grief. Flow rate's gotta be around 46 gallons per minute give or take. This 3525VQ25A21 anywhere close to that?

Running the numbers, 176 liters per minute works out to right around 46.5 gallons per minute, so yeah, you're squarely in the right ballpark for that application. Die casting is actually one of the named use cases for this pump, and the cast iron housing holds up well in that kind of demanding cycle environment.
