Product Questions & Answers (2)

Question by: Wes P on Mar 11, 2026, 9:25 PM
flow rate on this one shows 148 liters per minute -- is that the combined output from both sections or just one of em?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 13, 2026, 12:57 PM
That 148.69 liters per minute figure reflects the total combined output from both pump sections together. The 2520VQ designation tells you this is a double vane pump, so each section contributes its share to that overall flow. If you're sizing a circuit around this unit, plan on that number as your full system flow available, not per-section.
Question by: Danny R on Apr 28, 2025, 12:01 PM
Will this pump work okay with power steering systems, or is it better suited for something else?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 29, 2025, 9:44 PM
This Vickers vane pump is indeed suitable for power steering, along with industrial small units and small press applications.
