Description & Features

Constructed from extruded Nylon 11 with an elastomer cover, this -10 dash size fuel tube is built for demanding diesel fuel service across a broad range of mobile and stationary equipment. The Danfoss / Eaton Synflex Diesel Fuel Tube handles working temperatures down to -50°F and maintains a minimum bend radius of 3 inches, making it well-suited for routed harness configurations in tight engine bays.

Designed for both formed and unformed harness assemblies, this tube sees regular use in trucks, buses, off-highway vehicles, construction and agricultural machinery, marine vessels, and diesel generators. It is compatible with QCAB and push-to-connect fittings, reducing the number of hose types needed across multiple fuel system configurations. The non-conductive, aluminum-colored cover carries an ink jet lay line and meets SAE J1394, SAE J844, and SAE J1131 certifications, with compliance across multiple ASTM standards covering material properties and fuel compatibility.

Can this tube handle regular use with biodiesel blends without degrading?
