Vickers 2520VQ21A8 11CC20 LH

Description & Features

Designed for power steering systems, industrial small units, and light press applications, the Vickers 2520VQ21A8 11CC20 LH is a double vane pump from the Vickers by Danfoss/Eaton VQ Series, a line built to deliver strong volumetric efficiency across high-pressure, high-speed duty cycles. The cast iron housing provides structural durability suited to demanding industrial environments.

With a flow rate of approximately 148.7 litres per minute, this left-hand configuration pump is well matched to systems requiring consistent output at elevated pressures. The 2520VQ Series design supports longer service intervals through its internal geometry, reducing wear over extended use.

Question by: Hank E on May 10, 2025, 6:57 AM
flow rate on this one is listed in liters, anybody know what that works out to in gallons per minute for a power steering setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 11, 2025, 7:14 PM
148.7 litres per minute converts to roughly 39.3 gallons per minute. For power steering and light industrial use, that's a solid output, and it lines up well with systems that need consistent flow at higher pressures without starving the circuit.

Reckon this'll work for power steering on my old Ford tractor?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 20, 2025, 6:19 AM
This Vickers vane pump is indeed used in power steering systems, along with industrial units and light press applications. It's built to handle high-pressure, high-speed cycles, so it should be a good fit if your tractor's system has similar demands.
