This Danfoss / Eaton CPLG - AIR - MALE PIPE is a female half quick disconnect coupling from the Hansen 4000 series. These couplings are suitable for industrial breathing air, general pneumatics, maintenance and repair, and fluid transfer applications.

Featuring quick connect and disconnect functionality, this coupling requires no special tools for use. It exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressures and meets standards A-A-59439 and ISO 6150 Series B. Constructed of brass with Buna-N seals, it has a 3/8 inch NPTF end type and achieves a flow rate of 331.24 gallons per minute.

Reckon this'll work for running air tools in my shop?

This Hansen 4000 series coupling is indeed suitable for general pneumatics, making it a good fit for air tools. It's also made of brass with Buna-N seals, so it ought to hold up well.
