both ends on this fitting are male BSPP, so what exactly does the "adjustable" part mean for the second side?

The adjustable designation on side two means that end can be rotated and locked into position during installation, letting you fine-tune the orientation of the elbow before you tighten it down. trying to replace a 45 degree elbow on my hydraulic line, is this one male BSPP on both ends and 1/4 size?
