Description & Features

Designed for high-pressure, high-speed industrial service, the 45VQ Series Vane Pump, 50 Ring Size, 14 Tooth SAE D Splined Shaft, Outlet Opposite Outlet, CW Rotation delivers a rated flow of 77.14 GPM at up to 2500 PSI maximum pressure with a speed rating of 2200 RPM. The 50 ring size and 9.9 cubic inch displacement make this a high-output single vane pump suited to demanding cycle requirements.

Mounting is via a 2-bolt SAE C flange, with SAE 4-bolt flange ports sized at 3" inlet and 1-1/2" outlet. The clockwise rotation and opposite-outlet port configuration are fixed design characteristics to confirm before installation. Buna-N seals support compatibility with standard hydraulic oils across a range of operating temperatures. Typical applications include metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, and wheel loaders. Got a 45VQ pump on a dump truck that's been running a good while and finally gave out. This one's a direct swap if the shaft and mounting match up, right?

For a drop-in replacement, the shaft is a 14 tooth SAE D splined configuration and the mounting is a 2-bolt SAE C flange. The ports are SAE 4-bolt flange style, 3 inch inlet and 1.5 inch outlet, positioned opposite the outlet side. Rotation is fixed clockwise. As long as your existing setup matches all of those, this pump slots right in without modification.

trying to swap out a pump, what do i need to match up on this 45VQ50A11A20 so it’ll bolt in right?

Fit comes down to the hard-mount details on this one. It uses a 2-bolt SAE C mounting flange, a 14 tooth SAE D splined shaft, and SAE 4-bolt flange ports with a 3 inch inlet and 1-1/2 inch outlet. Rotation is clockwise and the port location is opposite outlet, so those two need to line up with your machine hydraulic connections and drive direction too.
