The Eaton Vickers 45VQ Series Vane Pump is designed for demanding high-pressure, high-speed applications, delivering outstanding volumetric efficiency and long operating life. This single vane pump is well-suited for use in metal cutting, oil and gas, plastic injection molding, wheel loaders, and dump truck applications.

This 45VQ Series Vane Pump features a 50 ring size, 14 Tooth SAE D Splined Shaft, and CCW rotation. The pump has a rated flow of 77.14 GPM at 2200 RPM with a maximum pressure of 2500 PSI. It features a 2-Bolt SAE C Mounting Flange and SAE 4-Bolt Flange Ports: 3" Inlet, 1-1/2" Outlet. Ports are located opposite of the outlet, and the seal material is Buna-N.

pump puts out 77 GPM at what speed exactly, and is there a max RPM I shouldn't push past?

Rated flow of 77.14 GPM is based on operation at 2200 RPM, which is also the top speed rating for this pump. Running it beyond that threshold risks accelerated wear on the vanes and reduced volumetric efficiency over time. Keep it at or below 2200 RPM and you'll get the performance this unit is built to deliver.

Will this fit right on my dump truck? I'm needing to replace the old vane pump.

This 45VQ series vane pump is often used in dump truck applications, among others like oil & gas and metal cutting. Just make sure the 2-Bolt SAE C Mounting Flange and SAE 4-Bolt Flange Ports (3" Inlet, 1-1/2" Outlet) are compatible with your existing setup.
