The Eaton Vickers 45VQ Series Vane Pump is built for high-pressure, high-speed applications within demanding hydraulic systems. This single vane pump is suited for applications such as plastic injection molding, metal cutting, oil and gas, wheel loaders, and dump trucks.

This 45VQ Series Vane Pump features a 42 ring size, 1-1/2 straight keyed shaft, counter-clockwise rotation, and an in-line port location relative to the outlet. It offers a rated flow of 65.92 GPM at speeds up to 2200 RPM and a maximum pressure of 2500 PSI. The pump is constructed with Buna-N seals and a 2-bolt SAE C mounting flange. SAE 4-bolt flange ports measure 3" for the inlet and 1-1/2" for the outlet. Expect longer operating life and outstanding volumetric efficiency from this series.

got a pump on the bench marked 45VQ42A86C20-L. is this the same unit or am i lookin at something different

pump puts out 65 GPM at what speed, and is this thing rated for continuous duty at 2500 PSI or is that just a peak number?

At 2200 RPM the rated flow is 65.92 GPM. The 2500 PSI figure is the maximum pressure rating for this pump. For continuous duty considerations, running at or near maximum pressure for extended periods will put more wear on any vane pump, so real-world duty cycles that stay below peak pressure will get more life out of it.
