Description & Features

This Eaton Vickers 45VQ Series Vane Pump is suited for applications such as metal cutting, oil and gas, plastic injection molding, dump trucks, and wheel loaders. Built for high-pressure, high-speed applications, this vane pump offers long operating life and outstanding volumetric efficiency.

The 45VQ Series Vane Pump features a 1-1/4 straight keyed shaft, CCW rotation, and a 60 ring size. This single vane pump features a 2-Bolt SAE C Mounting Flange, with 3" inlet and 1-1/2" outlet SAE 4-Bolt Flange Ports, with the outlet in-line with the outlet. It has a maximum pressure of 2500 PSI and a rated flow of 91.94 GPM, and a speed rating of 2200 RPM. This model uses Buna-N seals.

pump puts out 91 gpm at what speed, and is the 2200 RPM figure the absolute ceiling or just the rated top end?

At the rated operating speed of 2200 RPM, this unit delivers 91.94 GPM. That 2200 RPM figure is the rated maximum, so running it right at that mark is acceptable within normal operating conditions, but pushing beyond it is outside the rated envelope and not recommended.
