Description & Features

Designed for high-pressure, high-speed hydraulic circuits, the 45VQ Series Vane Pump, 42 Ring Size, 1-1/4 Straight Keyed Shaft, Outlet 90 deg CW from Outlet, CW Rotation is a single vane pump built to Eaton Vickers standards and now produced under the Danfoss Power Solutions brand. It delivers a rated flow of 65.92 GPM at a maximum operating pressure of 2500 PSI, with a speed rating of 2200 RPM.

The pump features a 2-bolt SAE C mounting flange and SAE 4-bolt flange ports, 3" inlet and 1-1/2" outlet, with the inlet positioned 90 degrees clockwise from the outlet. The 1-1/4 straight keyed shaft and Buna-N seals are standard. A 42 ring size and 8.46 CID displacement make this unit well-suited for demanding applications including metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas equipment. The design supports outstanding volumetric efficiency and longer service life in sustained high-cycle environments.

pump puts out 65 gallons a minute at what speed, and is that continuous or just peak?
