Description & Features

Designed for high-pressure, high-speed industrial applications, the 45VQ Series Vane Pump, 42 Ring Size, 1-1/4 Straight Keyed Shaft, Outlet Opposite Outlet, CCW Rotation delivers a rated flow of 65.92 GPM at up to 2,500 PSI maximum pressure. The counterclockwise rotation configuration features a 1-1/4 straight keyed shaft and a port layout with the outlet positioned opposite the inlet, offering flexible installation in space-constrained systems.

Built on the Eaton Vickers 45VQ platform, this single vane pump mounts via a 2-bolt SAE C flange and uses SAE 4-bolt flange ports, 3-inch inlet and 1-1/2-inch outlet. Buna-N seals and a speed rating of 2,200 RPM support consistent volumetric efficiency across demanding duty cycles. Typical applications include metal cutting machinery, plastic injection molding equipment, dump trucks, wheel loaders, and oil and gas service. The 45VQ series is distributed under the Danfoss Power Solutions brand.

got a 45VQ pump i’m swapping out, how do i tell if this one’s the right rotation and port setup?

Start with the two identifiers that have to match: rotation and port location. This model is CCW rotation and it has the outlet opposite the outlet port location. It is also a 45VQ series single vane pump with a 42 ring size and a 1-1/4 straight keyed shaft, so those details need to line up with what you are replacing.
