10HB-10MAORB 90 DEG ELBOW

Description & Features

Forged from steel, the 10HB-10MAORB 90 Deg Elbow provides a 90-degree directional change in hydraulic hose and tube assemblies, connecting a 5/8" OD hose barb to a 7/8-14 Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss (ORB) port conforming to SAE J514. The forged steel construction delivers reliable strength suited to industrial hydraulic systems where durable, leak-resistant fittings are required.

The hose barb end accepts 5/8" OD tubing, while the Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss thread, sealed with an NBR O-ring, allows precise port alignment at installation. Overall lengths of 1.701" (L2) and 2.055" (L) accommodate standard routing clearances. This fitting is manufactured by Brennan Industries under series 4601-NWO-FG. California residents should note this product is subject to Prop 65 warnings.

Will this fitting work for hooking up a hydraulic hose at a 90-degree angle to a port?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 19, 2025, 6:41 AM
Precisely, this 90-degree elbow is designed to provide that directional change you need in your hydraulic setup. It connects a 5/8" OD hose barb to a 7/8-14 Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss (ORB) port.

got a hose barb end on my old fitting that's about 5/8 inch outer diameter, this the right swap for it?
Answer by: Customer Support on Mar 2, 2026, 1:51 PM
Yeah, the barb end on this fitting is sized for 5/8" OD tubing, so if that's what you're working with, the connection matches up. The other end runs a 7/8-14 Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss thread, which seals against the port with an NBR o-ring. That adjustable ORB design lets you rotate the elbow to get your hose routing lined up before you lock it down, which saves a lot of headache during install.

trying to hook a 5/8 hose barb into an ORB port, is this the right elbow or am i off a size
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 15, 2025, 8:49 AM
For the hose side, it is a 5/8 inch OD hose barb. On the port side, it is a 7/8-14 Male SAE Adjustable O-Ring Boss (ORB) thread that conforms to SAE J514, and it seals with an NBR O-ring. If your port is 7/8-14 ORB and you need a 90 degree turn, this matches those sizes.
