Question by: Ralph H on Oct 14, 2025, 5:20 PM
does the 22.5 elbow angle on this fitting work for tight routing situations where a full 45 just won't fit?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 16, 2025, 6:55 AM
That angle is genuinely useful when you're working in a confined space and a 45-degree elbow would put you into interference with a bracket or frame member. The 22.5-degree offset gives you a shallower redirect, so the hose can clear obstacles without forcing a sharp bend. It's a -16 dash size with flanged and line/hose/tube end types, so it's built to drop into assemblies where a standard elbow would cause clearance problems.
