got a -16 hose setup, will this fitting crimp on and still give me that SAE Code 61 flange end?

It is a carbon steel crimp fitting built for -16 dash size hose assemblies, with a SAE Code 61 flanged end on one side and a line hose tube end on the other.

Got a -16 hose assembly routed at an awkward angle on a piece of equipment and a straight fitting just ain't gonna cut it. This the kind of thing that'd work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 14, 2025, 7:08 PM
A 60-degree elbow orientation is exactly what this fitting is built around, so yeah, it handles those tight or angled routing situations where a straight connection would be fighting the layout of the machine. It's a full crimp fitting assembly sized for -16 dash hose, with a SAE Code 61 flanged end on one side and a line/hose/tube end on the other. Carbon steel construction with Dura-Kote plating, so it holds up well in environments where moisture or contaminants are a concern. If your application is running a -16 hose into a Code 61 flange port at an angle, this fitting is set up for that job.
