trying to replace an old 4B6BF6, is 4S6BF6 the same thing or am i gonna end up with the wrong end?

For replacement, 4S6BF6 is the current supplier part number and 4B6BF6 is listed as an alternate part number for the same fitting. The connection details shown are a female BSPP end with an end size of 0.375 and a hose dash size of -6.

fitting says Dura-Kote plating on it, is that gonna hold up in a wet or outdoor environment where theres a lot of moisture and rust risk?

Corrosion resistance is exactly what that plating is built for. The Dura-Kote finish gives this carbon steel fitting a meaningful edge over standard uncoated fittings when it's exposed to moisture, humidity, or other harsh conditions. It's not going to corrode out on you the way a bare steel fitting might in those kinds of environments.
