Product Questions & Answers (1)

Question by: Neal G on Aug 17, 2025, 12:55 PM
Does this fitting hold up decent in environments where rust and corrosion are a real concern, or is that something I'd need to treat separately?
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 18, 2025, 2:43 PM
Corrosion protection is built right into it. The Dura-Kote plating handles that without any additional treatment on your end. Carbon steel fittings can be vulnerable to rust in rough conditions, but the plating on this one is specifically there to push back against that. For most industrial setups where moisture or exposure is part of the daily reality, it holds its own pretty well.
