Both ends on this thing are female NPTF, right? Just want to make sure before I go threading it into a male fitting on both sides of my line.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a 1-1/4-11-1/2 Female NPTF thread built to SAE J476, so you'll be mating it to male NPTF fittings on both sides.
