Question by: Gary C on Aug 25, 2025, 1:17 PM
Is this here connector watertight? I need it for somethin' that's gonna be outside.
Answer by: Customer Support on Aug 27, 2025, 6:04 AM
It's rated NEMA Type 4 and IP65, so it's dust-tight and water-resistant. Should hold up just fine outdoors.
Question by: Hubert M on Oct 10, 2025, 7:59 AM
what's the biggest wire i can run through the strain relief on this connector?
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 12, 2025, 6:48 AM
Strain relief on this unit handles cable diameters from 0.240 to 0.310 inches at the max, and conductor wire tops out at 14 AWG. If you're going through conduit instead, that opening accommodates up to 0.410 inches. Worth knowing before you pull your wire.
