Both sides on this are M10 x 1.0 male, right? Just want to make sure before I order it's not one male and one female.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries an M10 x 1.0 male thread with an LL06 size, and both sides are rated as DIN tube connections. So you're looking at a fully symmetrical union, same thread spec from one end to the other.
