Got a manifold block with G 3/8 BSPP ports and my tubing runs are metric DIN L10, this fitting bridge that gap in one piece?

That's what it's built for. One end is an M16 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection sized for L10 tubing, and the other is a G 3/8-19 male BSPP thread. Steel construction, straight configuration, so you're getting a clean inline adapter without stacking multiple fittings together. The ES edge seal at the BSPP end handles sealing on that side of the connection.
