Part number 5002L-18-12, does the DIN side on this thing actually measure out to M26 x 1.5, or is that just a nominal callout?

M26 x 1.5 is the actual thread specification on the DIN tube side, not a nominal label. That's a real metric thread with a 26mm major diameter and 1.5mm pitch. The BSPP side runs G 3/4-14, so both ends are male. If you're matching it to existing fittings or tube ends, those are the numbers to verify against before ordering.
