part number 5002S-10-04C, that's the M18 x 1.5 DIN tube side going to a quarter-inch BSPP male on the other end, right?

Correct on both counts. Side 1 is a male M18 x 1.5 DIN tube connection sized at S10, and Side 2 is a male G 1/4-19 BSPP connection at 1/4 inch. Both sides are male, so keep that in mind when planning your port or hose end pairing on each side.
