Din X Mbspp Es Seal Complete

Description & Features

A straight steel adapter connecting a DIN tube end to a male BSPP port, the Din X Mbspp Es Seal Complete is designed for use in hydraulic systems where metric tube connections must transition to inch-threaded BSPP fittings. Side one features an M20 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection (S12), while side two carries a G 1/2-14 male BSPP thread, making it a practical solution for mixed-standard circuit assemblies.

Manufactured by Adaptall in steel with a straight profile, this fitting measures 39mm in overall length (L1), with an L2 of 17.5mm and an L3 of 14mm. The 27mm across-flats width accommodates standard wrench engagement during installation. The complete ES seal configuration ensures a reliable, leak-resistant connection at the BSPP end.

got a metric DIN tube end and a 1/2 BSPP port on the other side. is this the adapter that ties those together?
Answer by: Customer Support on Apr 6, 2026, 9:31 PM
For mixed-standard hydraulic hookups, this adapter is meant to bridge a DIN tube connection to a male BSPP port. Side 1 is an M20 x 1.5 male DIN tube end (S12), and side 2 is a G 1/2-14 male BSPP thread, all in a straight steel body.

Will this fitting work if I need to connect a metric DIN tube to a BSPP thread?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 14, 2025, 10:31 AM
This straight steel adapter is specifically made to connect a DIN tube end to a male BSPP port. It's designed for hydraulic systems where you're going from metric tubes to inch-threaded BSPP fittings.
Question by: Debbie R on Jul 1, 2025, 6:28 PM
Got a machine that's running metric tube lines feeding into a BSPP manifold block, will this adapter handle that kind of transition without needing extra fittings in between?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jul 3, 2025, 6:08 AM
That's exactly the situation this fitting is built for. One end threads onto an M20 x 1.5 DIN tube connection, and the other end is a G 1/2-14 male BSPP, so you're going straight from metric tube to inch-threaded BSPP in a single piece. No couplers, no adapters stacked on adapters. The ES seal configuration on the BSPP side helps keep that connection leak-resistant, which matters when you're bridging two different thread standards in one spot.
