A straight steel adapter connecting a DIN tube end to a male BSPP port, this Din X Mbspp Es Seal Complete from Adaptall is designed for use in hydraulic systems where metric DIN tube connections meet inch-based BSPP threaded ports. The DIN side carries an M22 x 1.5 male thread (S14 sizing), while the BSPP side is a G 1/2 - 14 male thread at 1/2 inch, a common pairing in mixed-standard hydraulic assemblies.
Constructed from steel in a straight configuration, the adapter measures 41mm in overall length (L1), with an L2 of 19mm and an L3 of 14mm. The 27mm across-flats width allows for standard wrench engagement during installation. The ES seal designation indicates an elastomeric seal is included, providing a reliable face seal on the DIN side to help maintain a leak-free connection under working pressure.

got a metric DIN tube line running into a BSPP port on a manifold block, is this the right adapter to bridge that gap?

For an M22 x 1.5 DIN tube end connecting to a G 1/2 - 14 BSPP male port, yeah, that's exactly what this piece is built for. The DIN side is S14 sizing with that M22 x 1.5 thread, and the BSPP side comes out at 1/2 inch with the G 1/2 - 14 thread. Both sides are male, so you'd be threading this into female ports or fittings on each end. The elastomeric face seal on the DIN side handles the sealing there, which helps keep things tight under working pressure without needing extra tape or compound on that end.
