trying to swap a hose over, is this the adapter that goes from M18 x 1.5 DIN tube (L12) to a 3/8 BSPT male?

Got a line running M18 x 1.5 DIN tube on one end and need to tie into a 3/8 BSPT male port, this the right piece for that?
