Question by: Kurt E on Oct 20, 2025, 7:45 PM
Will this fitting hold up okay outside? Don't want it corroding on me.
Answer by: Customer Support on Oct 22, 2025, 7:19 AM
Given that this adapter features Dura-Kote plating, it offers superior corrosion resistance, which should help it withstand outdoor conditions better than a standard brass fitting.
Question by: Rick M on Dec 15, 2025, 1:13 PM
both ends on this are the inverted flare type, right? trying to connect two 1/4 inch inverted flare lines at a 90 and want to make sure I ain't gotta use any adapters in between
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 17, 2025, 8:09 AM
Correct on both counts. Each end is a 1/4 inch inverted flare female connection, so you're joining two inverted flare lines directly with no intermediate fittings needed. The 90 degree angle is built into the union itself, which keeps things clean when you're working in a tight spot or need to change direction between two fixed lines.
