This steel 90° Elbow Adaptall fitting features a DIN Tube Side 1 connection with M18 X 1.5 callout and L12 size. The Bspp Side 2 connection has a G 3/8 - 19 callout and 3/8" size. The 90* Din X Mbspp Adj Complete fitting has a Side 1 width of 19mm and a Side 2 width of 24mm.

Adaptall L1 length is 24mm, L2 length is 17mm, and L3 length is 37mm.

What size is this fitting on each end?

The DIN Tube side is an M18 X 1.5, which they call a L12 size. The BSPP side is a G 3/8 - 19, or 3/8".

fitting's got an M18 x 1.5 DIN tube side and I need to hook into a G 3/8 BSPP port, this the right piece for that?

That's what this one does. Side 1 is a male DIN tube connection with an M18 x 1.5 thread, sized at L12. Side 2 is a male BSPP connection called out at G 3/8 - 19. So if you've got a DIN tube line coming in and a BSPP port to thread into, this fitting bridges those two standards in a single 90-degree elbow.
