90* Din X Mbspp Adj Complete

Description & Features

A 90° elbow configuration connects an M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube end (L15 series) to a male G 1/2-14 BSPP thread, making this fitting well suited for routing hydraulic lines at right angles where straight connections are not practical. The adjustable design allows the BSPP outlet to be oriented to the required angle before locking, which simplifies installation in confined or complex manifold layouts.

The 90* Din X Mbspp Adj Complete is manufactured by Adaptall in steel, with a Ch1 wrench width of 22mm and Ch2 of 27mm. Overall assembled dimensions include an L1 of 28mm, L2 of 21mm, and L3 of 43mm, providing a compact profile for space-restricted installations. This fitting is a reliable choice for connecting DIN tube hydraulic circuits to BSPP-ported components such as valves, pumps, and cylinders.

Got a manifold block with a G 1/2 BSPP port that needs to tie into a DIN tube line coming in at a right angle. This fitting gonna work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 1, 2025, 12:08 PM
Yeah, that's exactly the kind of situation this fitting handles. One end is an M22 x 1.5 male DIN tube connection in the L15 series, and the other is a male G 1/2-14 BSPP thread. The 90 degree elbow gets you that right angle change in direction, so you're not fighting a straight fitting into a spot that won't allow it. Steel construction, compact overall length of 43mm on the longest dimension, so it tucks in pretty well on a tight manifold layout.
