Description & Features

Designed for directional changes in steel hydraulic lines, this 90° Din X Male Bspp Adj Elbow connects an M24 x 1.5 DIN tube end (S16) to a G 1/2-14 male BSPP port. The adjustable elbow configuration allows the outlet angle to be positioned during installation, making it well suited for routing lines in confined or angle-sensitive assemblies.

Manufactured in steel by Adaptall, the fitting measures 33mm along L1, 24.5mm along L2, and 47mm along L3, with 27mm wrench flats on both sides. The 90° elbow shape suits a wide range of hydraulic circuit connections where DIN tube and BSPP threaded ports must be joined with a controlled change of direction.

If I'm swapping out an elbow on a hydraulic line, how do I know if this one will fit?

This elbow fitting connects an M24 x 1.5 DIN tube end to a G 1/2-14 male BSPP port. If those are the connections you're working with, this should be a direct replacement.

got a hose end thats M24 x 1.5 din (S16). will this elbow screw right into a G 1/2-14 bsp port?

It is built to join an M24 x 1.5 DIN tube end (S16) on one side to a G 1/2-14 male BSPP connection on the other, with both ends being male.
