For that exact combo, yes. One end is a male M20 x 1.5 DIN tube connection (Side 1, S12) and the other end is a male 3/8 - 18 NPTF thread (Side 2), built as a 90 degree elbow.

Got a DIN tube line running M20 x 1.5 that needs to tie into a 3/8 NPT port at a right angle, this the fitting that'd handle that?

That's what this one's built for. One end connects to an M20 x 1.5 DIN tube, the other side is a 3/8-18 NPTF male thread, and the whole thing bends at 90 degrees.
