This 90° elbow Adaptall fitting features a DIN tube connection on one side and an Orb-Sae connection on the other, making it suitable for diverse connection requirements. Constructed from durable steel, this 90*Din X Msae Orb Adj Complete fitting ensures reliable performance in demanding applications.

The Adaptall fitting features a M14 X 1.5 Side 1 callout with a male gender and L08 Side 1 size, coupled with a 7/16 - 20 UNF Side 2 callout with a male gender and 1/4" Side 2 size. got a tight spot on a line, is this a 90 elbow that goes from M14 x 1.5 DIN tube to a 7/16-20 ORB?

fitting's got a DIN tube side and an ORB-SAE side both male -- is that right for connecting into a standard 1/4" SAE port on a hydraulic block?

Both sides are male, yes. The DIN tube end is M14 x 1.5 and the ORB-SAE end is a 7/16-20 UNF thread sized for a 1/4" port. So if your block has a 1/4" SAE O-ring boss port, the thread callout lines up correctly on that side.
