This steel 90° elbow Adaptall fitting features a DIN tube connection on one side and an Orb-Sae connection on the other. The 90*Din X Msae Orb Adj Complete adapter is designed with a M18 X 1.5 DIN tube connection (L12) and a 3/4 - 16 UNF Orb-Sae connection (1/2").

The Adaptall fitting has a Ch1 width of 19mm, a Ch2 width of 22mm, an L1 length of 24mm, an L2 length of 17mm, and an L3 length of 37mm.

got a DIN tube line running M18 x 1.5 that needs to tie into a 3/4-16 UNF ORB port on a valve block, this the right fitting to make that happen?

That's what this one's built for. One end is a male M18 x 1.5 DIN tube connection sized at L12, and the other is a male 3/4-16 UNF ORB-SAE at the 1/2" size. Steel construction, 90-degree elbow, so you're routing the line at a right angle as you bridge those two connection types. Fits the application you're describing.
