A 90-degree elbow configuration joins a DIN tube end to an SAE O-Ring Boss (ORB) adjustable port in a single compact fitting. The 90*Din X Msae Orb Adj Complete connects an M36 x 2.0 male DIN tube side (L28 sizing) to a 1-5/16–12 UN male ORB-SAE side rated at 1-inch nominal, making it suited for hydraulic circuits that require a direction change between these two common connection standards.
Constructed from steel, this adjustable elbow allows the ORB end to be oriented and locked in position, which is useful when routing lines in confined or congested hydraulic assemblies. Key dimensions include a Ch1 width of 33mm, Ch2 width of 41mm, and an overall L3 length of 53mm. Manufactured by Adaptall, the fitting is designed for reliable metal-to-metal and O-ring sealing at both ports.

Question by: Dustin C on Jan 28, 2026, 8:34 AM
Got a hydraulic line that needs to make a 90 turn going from a DIN tube connection over to an SAE ORB port, this fitting handle that kind of setup?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 30, 2026, 6:03 AM
Yeah, that's exactly what this one's built for. One end is an M36 x 2.0 male DIN tube side, L28 sizing, and the other is a 1-5/16-12 UN male ORB-SAE at 1-inch nominal. The 90-degree elbow lets you change direction right at the connection point, which saves a lot of grief when you're trying to route lines in a tight spot. Both ends seal up solid, metal-to-metal on the DIN side and O-ring on the ORB side.

got a tight spot on a skid, can that ORB end be clocked where i need it and then locked down?
Answer by: Customer Support on Dec 10, 2025, 9:44 PM
With the adjustable ORB end, you can orient the 1-5/16 - 12 UN male ORB side to the direction you need and then lock it in place. That helps a bunch when you are routing lines in cramped assemblies and still need a solid O-ring boss seal.
