I'm hooking up some new lines, and need to make sure this elbow fitting will handle the pressure we run. What's it rated for?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 24, 2025, 9:45 PM
This fitting is constructed from durable steel, making it suitable for use in high-pressure environments.

Got a line running M42 x 2.0 DIN tube that needs to make a 90-degree turn before hitting a 1-5/8-12 UN SAE ORB port. This fitting gonna work for that?
Answer by: Customer Support on May 13, 2025, 1:05 PM
That's what this one's built for. One end is M42 x 2.0 male DIN tube, the other is 1-5/8-12 UN male SAE ORB, and the 90-degree elbow handles the direction change between them. The wrench flats measure 41mm on the Ch1 side and 50mm on the Ch2 side, so make sure you've got the right tools on hand before you go to torquing it down.

got a tube nut that’s M42 x 2.0 on one side and i need to turn 90 degrees into a male ORB port. is that what this fitting is?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jun 18, 2025, 6:41 PM
For tying those two standards together, yes. One end is a male DIN tube connection in M42 x 2.0, and the other end is a male SAE ORB thread at 1-5/8 - 12 UN, built into a 90 degree elbow body.
