DANFOSS / EATON COUPLING 500 SERIES MALE STEEL

Description & Features

Designed for general pneumatic, construction, and industrial plant environments, the Danfoss / Eaton Coupling 500 Series Male Steel is a 1/4" male half quick disconnect coupling built for reliable, tool-free connections. The push-to-connect end pairs with a 1/4" NPTF port, while internal ball lock retention ensures a secure, leak-resistant seal during operation.

Constructed from carbon steel with a Buna-N seal, this coupling is rated for a minimum working temperature of -40°F and supports flow rates up to 538 gallons per minute. The two-way valve configuration allows fluid control in both directions. Certified to A-A-59439 and ISO 6150 Series B standards, it exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements. The Hansen sub-brand lineage reflects Eaton's established history in quick disconnect coupling design for demanding industrial applications.
