This steel fitting is a robust choice ideal for use in high-pressure environments.
Question by: Gary R on Jan 17, 2026, 8:21 AM
fitting's got a DIN tube side and a BSPP male side, does the 45 degree angle on this thing make it easier to run lines in tight spots where a straight adapter just won't work?
Answer by: Customer Support on Jan 18, 2026, 5:18 PM
That angled body is exactly what makes it useful in cramped hydraulic setups. Running a straight fitting into a port sometimes puts your hose or tube at a bad angle, which adds stress on the line and makes routing a mess. The 45 degree elbow lets you redirect flow at a cleaner angle without needing extra bends downstream. The compact dimensions help too, with an overall L3 length of just 31.5mm, so it fits into spaces where a longer adapter would cause clearance problems.
