Designed for demanding fluid transfer applications, this carbon steel snap ring is a replacement and assembly component for the Danfoss / Eaton Hansen 5100 Series Quick Disconnect Couplings. It supports the tool-free quick connect and disconnect functionality that makes the 5100 Series well suited for on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump and refuse vehicles, and bulk liquid transfer service.
The 5100 Series coupling design exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements and supports flow rates up to 100 gallons per minute, making this snap ring a functional-critical component in high-demand hydraulic circuits. Buna-N seals are standard in the coupling series, with a rated minimum working temperature of -40°F. The two-way valve configuration allows bidirectional flow control within the coupling assembly.
