Description & Features

Designed for on-highway hydraulic wet lines and bulk liquid transfer applications, this brass male half quick disconnect coupling handles flow rates up to 75 gallons per minute and operates reliably down to -40°F. The 1-1/4 inch port size connects via a thread-to-connect mechanism, with a UN male end and NPTF female end configuration. Buna-N seals provide dependable fluid compatibility across a range of hydraulic media.

The Danfoss / Eaton Hansen 5100 Series coupling disconnects and reconnects without special tools and exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure requirements, making it well-suited for dump vehicles, refuse trucks, and similar mobile hydraulic equipment. The two-way valve design controls flow in both directions during connection and disconnection.
