DANFOSS / EATON COUPLINGS - CODE CP

Description & Features

Eaton Aeroquip quick disconnect couplings are ideal for hydraulic and fluid transfer applications, including on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump and refuse vehicles, and bulk liquid transfer. The DANFOSS / EATON COUPLINGS - CODE CP offer a thread to connect internal connection type and a 2-way valve type. These brass male halves feature Buna-N seals for reliable performance.

These quick connect and disconnect couplings exceed ISO 16028 operating pressures and eliminate the need for special tools. They have a 1/8 inch port size and a flow rate of 4 gallons per minute, and are suitable for minimum working temperatures down to -40 degrees. The end size 1 is 0.9375 UNEF male, and end size 2 is 0.125 NPTF female.

Question by: Brent P on May 25, 2025, 10:25 AM
what's the thread setup on this plug, both ends? trying to figure out if it'll work with my existing lines before i order
Answer by: Customer Support on May 27, 2025, 6:46 AM
The male end runs a 15/16-inch UNEF thread, and the female end is 1/8-inch NPTF. Both thread types are common in hydraulic and fluid transfer setups, so if your existing lines match either of those specs, you should be in good shape for a direct connection.
