DANFOSS / EATON FLUID COUPLING 1/4 FP

Description & Features

Designed for hydraulic fluid transfer across demanding mobile applications, the Danfoss / Eaton Fluid Coupling 1/4 FP is a female half quick disconnect coupling from the Hansen 5100 Series. Built for use on on-highway hydraulic wet lines, dump and refuse vehicles, and bulk liquid transfer systems, it handles flow rates up to 7 gallons per minute.

The coupling features a 1/4 inch NPTF port with a thread-to-connect internal connection type and a 2-way valve configuration. Constructed from brass and carbon steel with a Buna-N seal, it operates reliably down to -40°F. No special tools are required for connection or disconnection, and the design exceeds ISO 16028 operating pressure standards. The Aeroquip sub-brand designation reflects Eaton's Hansen product line heritage.
